What to say about HGregoire Chrysler Lafontaine. Two words. Laurent Bitton! You want a guy that can close. This is the guy. Actually, he basically managed the wholesale of the car from start to finish. Sure, I dealt with some other folks at the dealership...Had some hick ups that were ultimately ironed out with some firm negotiations. But none of the individuals came remotely close to the personal service my wife and I got from Laurent. From the moment we stepped into his office, to the several correspondences we had post-sale...he always, ALWAYS, made sure that we were good. Solid individual, and a real pleasure to do business with! I would thank HGregoire for offering us a good deal on a truck, but I think that HGregoire should be thanking Laurent in this case. He saved this deal.

We drove from Laval to go to hgregoire chrysler, the staff was great. Ken was great ask for him he's the manager. We purchased a jeep 75th anniversary edition. Got a great price and the service was as good. The people are extremely nice.

It came out very good of what could have been a big deception was turned over, thx. Vicki et Valérie! Waiting for the tag papers and card by mail, I guess! / Ce fut une expérience très intéressante, ce qui aurait pu être décevant c'est avéré une grande et belle journée!
