HGRÉGOIRE TAKES TO SOCIAL NETWORKS TO SUPPORT OPÉRATION ENFANT SOLEIL

SAINT-EUSTACHE (QUÉBEC), May 27,2019 – HGrégoire is just a week away from closing its Facebook “One Comment, One Donation” campaign, aimed at raising funds for Opération Enfant Soleil and promoting its exceptional work with young people. For the third consecutive year, HGrégoire is turning to social networks to reach over 500,000 people, mainly in Quebec.

« Children are our future and we want them to be healthy. We feel very strongly about this cause and we hope that our subscribers will get involved with this important fundraiser and learn more about Opération Enfant Soleil’s work with local children.” says Harry Kasparian, Vice President at HGrégoire.

As part of this initiative, the automotive group will donate $0.25 to Opération Enfant Soleil for each user-posted comment about the video ad featuring little Madyson Letovsky, the star of the campaign. Just one week after its release, the video was viewed 500,000 times and received more than 30,000 comments.

HGrégoire, corporate partner for Opération Enfant Soleil , has donated close to $75,000 during their 15 year partnership with Opération Enfant Soleil. This year, the company has set a campaign fundraising goal of $40,000 and is counting on support from its staff and from the public. The total amount raised will be revealed June 2ndduring the Opération Enfant Soleil Telethon.

In addition to the online campaign, HGrégoire has pledged to raise funds for Opération Enfant Soleil by contributing a portion of the proceeds to various initiatives, including the employee race, the staff Christmas celebration, ticket sales from the Maison Enfant Soleil and Passeport de rêve draws.

HGrégoire is asking potential donors to view the campaign video on Facebook at facebook.com/PageHGregoire and post a comment to donate $0.25 to Opération Enfant Soleil. Donors can also purchase tickets for the Maison Enfant Soleil draw, worth more than $500,000, scheduled July 18, 2019, and for the Passeport de rêve draw, which allows the winner to travel to the destinations of their choice for the next three years.
